Grammy Award-winning Jamaican dancehall star Sean Paul is set to bring his high-energy live show to South Africa this December, with performances scheduled in Cape Town, Pretoria and Durban.
The international hitmaker will kick off the three-city tour on December 3 at the Grand Arena, GrandWest in Cape Town.
He will then perform at SunBet Arena at Time Square in Pretoria on December 4, before wrapping up the tour at the Durban International Convention Centre on December 6.
Paul is the voice behind some of the biggest party anthems that has dominated dance floors, festivals and airwaves around the world. The tour is presented by Blu Blood and Fire Water Earth Productions.

Paul first made his mark on the international dancehall scene with the 1997 hit “Infiltrate”. By the time he released his debut album, Stage One, in 2000, tracks including “Deport Them”, “No Bligh” and “Hot Gal Today”, featuring Mr. Vegas, had established him as one of dancehall’s leading names.
He went on to score major international hits with “Gimme the Light” in 2001 and “Get Busy” in 2002, the latter helping propel his second studio album, Dutty Rock, to global success.
Released in 2002, Dutty Rock produced four Billboard Top 15 hits, including “Like Glue” and “I’m Still in Love with You”, and earned Paul a Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album.
Over a career spanning more than three decades, the Jamaican star has built a catalogue packed with dance-floor anthems, including “Get Busy”, “Temperature” and “We Be Burnin” to era-defining collaborations like “Baby Boy”.
His high-profile collaborations have further cemented his status as a global music powerhouse, with credits alongside artists such as Beyoncé, Rihanna, Sia, Idris Elba and Dua Lipa.
