International cybersecurity group Integrity360 has opened a new headquarters in Cape Town, backed by an investment of more than R55 million and expected to create approximately 100 additional jobs over the coming years.
The facility houses what Integrity360 describes as its largest Security Operations Centre (SOC) across its global network of 16 locations.
The investment comes as demand for cybersecurity skills continues to grow in South Africa and internationally, with the new Cape Town facility expected to provide round the clock security monitoring and incident response services for customers across Africa and other international markets.
Cape Town became an Integrity360 base following the group's acquisitions of local cybersecurity businesses Grove Group in 2024 and Nclose in early 2025.
“We really don’t see Cape Town as a satellite office,” said Ian Brown, CEO and Chairman of Integrity360.
“The Mother City is where we're putting our biggest security operations centre anywhere in the group, and that's a statement about how seriously we take the skills and the market here.”
“Since we brought Grove and Nclose into the business two years ago, directly investing in this excellence has been the plan: build on what was already a strong local team, not parachute one in,” Brown said.
Cybersecurity skills in demand
The expansion comes against a backdrop of growing pressure on businesses to strengthen their cyber resilience.
Integrity360 highlighted the increasing need for organisations to adopt artificial intelligence (AI) safely while defending against AI based attacks, manage growing numbers of machine and AI identities, and respond to regulatory requirements that place greater responsibility for cyber resilience on boards and executives.
Cyber resilience involves an organisation's ability to detect, respond to and recover from attacks, making it an increasingly important part of corporate risk management.
“The cybersecurity skills shortage is pervasive the world over,” said Martin Potgieter, Regional CTO at Integrity360.

Integrity360’s investment with this office and SOC is a rare sign of long term and sustainable growth that benefits both the company and the country it operates in,” Potgieter said.
Cape Town investment boost
The launch was attended by James Vos, the City of Cape Town’s Mayoral Committee Member for Economic Growth, who said the investment demonstrated growing international confidence in the city's technology capabilities and talent.
“Integrity360’s decision to establish its largest security operations centre globally in Cape Town is a strong vote of confidence in our city and the talent we have here,” Vos said. “Investments like this bring capital, create jobs and connect our people to opportunities in a growing global industry.”
The Integrity360 expansion also forms part of the group's broader international growth strategy.
Earlier this year, the company expanded into North America through the acquisition of Canadian cybersecurity firm Advantus360, extending its presence across Europe, Africa, the Caribbean and North America.
Vos said Cape Town's ability to attract international technology investment could create further opportunities for local workers.
“When a global company chooses Cape Town as the place to expand and grow, it shows that the work we are doing to create a more investment friendly city is making a difference,” Vos said.
“We want to see more businesses making that choice and more Capetonians benefiting from the opportunities that follow,” he said.
